Christine Sojin Park, Owner/Instructor
Christine Sojin Park is a founder of The Sj Pilates Studio and a fully-certified STOTT PILATES instructor in Toronto with experience in all levels of practice. Her main focus is to inspire and encourage the strengthening of the mind-body and soul, connecting them together through pilates. Irene Hyejung Kim, Instructor
Irene Hyejung Kim is a fully-certified KPEE (Korea Pilates Exemplary Education) instructor in South Korea, and also a certified STOTT PILATES instructor in Toronto.
Irene was a Software developer who studied and worked in the IT industry for 10 years in South Korea. She started to practice Pilates for rehabilitation of her 2 slipped discs in her lumbar, and the fantastic experience with Pilates made her decide to change her entire career.
As per her experience herself, her classes focus on the rehabilitation of the body specializing in scoliosis, injury care, and pre/post-natal and give clients the solution on how to make a better posture/movement and manage the pain themselves.

Joanne Long, Instructor
Joanne is a fully-certified STOTT Pilates instructor and also is a Registered Kinesiologist and Fascial Stretch Therapist. She majored in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and has clinic experience working with clients with various goals from reducing pain to gaining muscular strength to do activities they enjoy.
Joanne’s focus is to help clients achieve their fitness/movement goals, find joy in fitness, and empower clients to lead active lifestyles. To do this, she uses her advanced knowledge of exercises to help clients feel stronger and move with ease.

Stella An, Instructor
With a deep passion for health, wellness, and lifelong learning, Stella brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her classes. Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration at Kingston, she has immersed herself in the healthcare and wellness field, balancing her studies with hands-on experience as a certified instructor.
She holds multiple certifications, including Pilates Anatomy, Pilates Mat, and RCC Pilates, as well as advanced certifications in Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® Level 1, the Gyrotoner® program, and Nero Pilates Level 1. Additionally, she has completed a prenatal and postnatal Pilates workshop, equipping her to support students at all stages of life.
When she’s not teaching, she loves exploring new fitness methods, watching movies and Netflix, and spending time with her four beloved dogs. Known for her quiet nature, she has a warm, approachable teaching style that creates a supportive environment for every participant. And for those who enjoy a bit of history or art, she shares a passion for museum visits too!

Inji Hwang, Instructor
Inji Hwang is a certified instructor in Balanced Body Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus, with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education.
With a lifelong passion for movement, Inji has engaged in a wide variety of exercises since childhood, later specializing in kinesiology. Through years of experience, she has developed her own guiding principles and philosophies, grounded in a deep understanding of the human body and its essential needs.
Inji approaches her work with a humble mindset, always committed to personal growth and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Pina is a fully-certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and certified TPI Instructor.

Ziyi Yan, Instructor
Ziyi Yan embarked on her Pilates journey in 2018. Over the years, she immersed herself in the practice, becoming fully trained by STOTT Pilates in Toronto for all level 1 courses, including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, chair, and barrels.
She noticed a significant improvement in her strength and balance after each session, and she is eager to share this transformative experience with her clients, helping them achieve a healthier and more motivated lifestyle.
Inspired by her own journey, Ziyi is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support to her clients, empowering them to achieve their fitness goals and flourish in their wellness journey.
Kate Kim, Instructor
Kate is a dedicated Pilates instructor trained in Stott Pilates Toronto in 2019. She furthered her education under Romana Kryzanowska's lineage, emphasizing muscle control and the mind-body connection. Kate completed Romana's Classical Pilates certification in 2023 in Dallas, Texas, under esteemed instructors, and finalized her training in Chicago.
Passionate about Pilates' transformative effects, Kate is committed to helping others overcome challenges and enhance mental and physical strength. With her calm demeanor and sense of humor, she creates a supportive environment for her students. Kate's journey as a student and instructor is ongoing, as she continues to learn and grow within the Pilates community.
